Morning:

24min run @ 10km/h at 1% incline

Went ok.

Lots of stretching afterwards.

Evening:

Did a yoga class at the Biscuit Factory. Like ashtanga. Way more intense than I wanted it to be. Could’ve pushed harder if I was rested and didn’t have gymnastics fun at the weekend but I wasn’t and I do so I didn’t.
