Had been off the back-to-running plan for a few days – ITB felt weird after the last time and go scared. Not so much sore as just strange. So did loads of rolling and stretching and tried not to walk too much and did the 5m set again but a bit slower:

5m run @ 10km/h
2m walk @ 4km/h
5m run @ 10km/h
2m walk @ 4km/h

5m run @ 10km/h
2m walk @ 4km/h
Felt ok.
Did a load of stretching and yoga – bit broken after yesterday.
Bit of kicking on the bag, more leg stretching. Back twinged the other day (putting my damn socks on) so trying to work that out. Want to get back to deadlifting but seems a way off at the moment.
Bit of handstand practise but forearms too fried for any subtle movements.
Band rehab stuff: 
3 sets of:
15 x clam (each side)
15 x leg raises (each side)
Some ITB stretching
7m foam rolling on the bad leg, 5m on the good.
