1 pull up, 1s hang, 2/2, 3/3 up to 4s rest, 4 pull ups

3 sets of:
5 x PDCD @ 2.5kg
5 x baby MU’s

3 x straddle BL holds

P1 – workout 2 – session 10

4 sets of 10 reps:

Tuck Swing to Top Plank (working towards forward plank)
3min run @ 9km/h @ 180bpm
One Leg Shoulder Stand Hold  (5s hold, 4 reps)
3min run @ 9km/h @ 180bpm

Tuck Swings

3min run @ 9km/h @ 180bpm

Assisted Inverted Presses

3min run @ 9km/h @ 180bpm

Dive Bombers Standard
3min run @ 9km/h @ 180bpm
Only had time for two sets of dive bombers – gym was closing and had to get the run in!
Really good session though :)
