5mins in the sauna to warm up

28 min run at 10km/h @ 1% incline.

Last five minutes my ITB was burning a bit. Maybe will leave it a few days before my next run.

Had done about 20 mins stretching afterwards when I noticed another yoga class starting – woohoo! And with the same teacher. Yay.

So did another hours yoga class.
