Evening leg session:

10m sauna

Warmup:

2 sets of:
10 x lunges (EL)
10 x glute bridge raises

Deadlifts:
10 x empty bar
8 sets of 3 @ 60kg
30s rest between

Weighted lunges:
10 x front squat @ 20kg (EL)
20 x back squat (alternating)
10 x front squat
1m30s rest

Straight leg deadlifts:
5 sets of 8 reps @ 30kg
1m30s rest

Squats:
5 x 40kg
5 x 50kg
3 x 5 x 60kg

Gym busy. Some girl on the squat rack chatting to one of the staff for ages. Grr.
