10 x band pull a parts
10 x lateral raises ES
10 x band pull ins

3 x 10 x scapular pull ups
(Feeling stronger on these)

3 x 10 x pull ups, 2m rests
2nd set failed on 10th
3rd set failed on 10th 

5 x 5 x ring muscle ups

3 x 5 x FL holds

Forgotten the rest! Might have done a few dips… Not sure – think it was quite a short workout though. Elbows a bit hammered by the pull up/MU/FL combo!
