Lowering down from tuck – thinking about tuck planche

5 x elbow lever straddle leg raises
10 x HLR
Much better on tjese

5 x single leg Swiss ball leg extensions

7 x swiss ball pikes with rollout

Deadlifts:

10 x empty bar
5 x 60kg
2m30s rest
5 x 70kg
2m30s rest
5 x 80kg
2m30s rest
5 x 70kg
2m30s rest
5 x 60kg
2m30s rest

Deads OK. Back OK today though QL still fucked. Gonna start back on 3 x 5 (at 80kg) and see what happens.

No time to squat.

Stretched out properly. Feels good.
