Morning cardio:

10min cycling – hill program (level 10)

Tabata burpees
Getting easier – cardio ok, legs weak!

10min cycling – hill program (level 10)

4 x round of tabata burpees squat kick (no push up after yesterday, plus leg felt a bit dodge so stopped at four rounds – aware I need to have some moderation working up to these!)

4 x 10 x tuck jumps, 20s rest

Quick stretch, shower, off to work!
