Didn’t actually do much though – was so busy and I hate getting up in front of people. Did two sets after the comps (got some video) but otherwise just hung out.
Went to Primrose after and did a few sets of pull ups, a set of 20 dips (that endurance training on Thursday paying off!), played with L-sits on the parallel bars for a while and did few other things, but otherwise ended up being a low energy day.
Just as well really as my shoulder’s fooked. Need to work on sorting it out – stretching, strengthening my back, band work etc.
