Morning:

Yoga: Surya Morning Flow

Afternoon:
Foot’s been hurting so off running. This fucking sucks. Instead I tried a long bike ride, but the only way to make it cardio is doing sprints,which I hate and didn’t really have the space for (doing laps of Regents Park) so it ended up being a boring steady-state affair.

28km in 1h18m. Wanted to do more (45km) but had to go out to dinner.
