20 minutes of my own yoga and stretching
Off to Primrose again, this time for a pulling session.
Mobility warm up
15 x band pull aparts
10 x lateral raises ES
15 x lower pull aparts
20 x bench dips
3 x 15 x inverse rows (upped the reps)
3 x 10 x leg raises on the parallel bars
3 x 12 x pull ups
3 x 5 x very wide grip pull ups
3 x holds at top of bar
Tried to stretch out a bit more than normal.
Don’t think I did anything else – will have to update this if I remember.
Was a great evening – proper sunny here now.
