An awesome 45m yoga, mobility, stretching, and two days of MV (monkey and frog).

The MV stuff was good – have been doing both  these occasionally in my training and feeling more confident into pushing up into a semi-handstand thing. Still a bit scary but getting into it now. Also awesome hip opener, which is just what I needed.

Did some bridging too – body soooo stiff after all the training recently.
