10km run. Guess I’m tired – legs tired and not enough sleep – as this was a fucking grind. Ugh. Annoying as I thought I’d be a bit quicker and actually beat my previous time.
BTW (for anyone who actually reads this brain-dumpy nonsense) Strava has an annoying “feature” whereby it auto-pauses when you’re not moving, thus making all your runs seem quicker than they actually are. Quite annoying.
Followed it up with 20 mins of yoga and stretching in the park.
