Pre-breakfast slow run. 13.11km at average pace of 6.17Went back to my old gym in Tooting. Mostly the same staff which was cool. Like it down there – much nicer than Camden one.



Decent warm up

20 x push ups
20 x narrow push ups
20 x push ups

3 x 12 x pull ups

2 x 2 x squat rack muscle ups

3 x 15 x dips

3 x 30s x two handed hang on flat bar of pull up rack

1 x 15s one-handed hang

3 x 10 x inverse rows with feet elevated so horizontal

Lats tired now!

Stretch and home.
