Went to park for some bodyweight (first since Wednesday last week, apart from Total Warrior):

Mobility and band warm up

15 x horizontal pull ups

Few jumping jacks
More mobility

10 x baby MU

5 x STC

3 x 10s FBTFL holds

3 x
10s crow stands
8x tuck planche

7 x ring dips

Go on the monkey bars trying to develop some kind of technique. Just made my hands hurt.

10 x pull ups
