Morning:

Went to Doug’s back yard. Yay.

2.6km warm up run 

Got awesome tuition on most of the obstacles, and was I to have done the course piecemeal, would have made it around without any burpees! Nailed the rope traverse, the hanging rope thing, AND all the way round the cliff hanger. Amazing. Happy.

Then did a run around the course but got lost (only me) and got it wrong, so went back to do what I skipped out.

Then did a breathing ladder on the 4 foot and 5 foot walls:

1 wall, 1 breath
2 walls. 2 breathes
etc.
Up to 10, then back down to 1.

Quite tiring.

Learnt a better technique for them by the end!

Evening:

Went to the gym afterwards and did a burpee ladder:

1 burpee, 1 breath
2 burpees, 2 breathes
etc.
Up to 15, then back down to 1.

Pretty damn awesome. Really good to control your breathing.

Did 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the same with 50kg deads but decided it would wreck my back so stopped

Stretched out.
