Went to check out a gym with a cool-looking calisthenics rig with Chris. Good fun and nice to have a training buddy in the form of monkey boy – been a while since non-climbing training together.

Had to get some running in, so went for tempo session:

1km @ 5.00/km warm up

3km @ 4.30/km

2 x circuits:

10 x pull ups
12 x low TRX push ups
5 x each side archer pull ups (on these crazy sliding rails)
1 x across the monkey bars

3km @ 4.30/km

Stretch and cool down.
