Mobility, lots for legs and hips (rest of me feels surpringly good)

Front squats:
5 x empty bar
1m rest
5 x empty bar
1m rest
5 x 40kg
2m rest
5 x 5 x 50kg

Glute bridges:
10 x empty bar
10 x 40kg
8, 6, 4, 2 @ 50kg

3 x 5 x handstand straddle lowers/raises

Upper body tired but not overly sore (although lats hurt on front squats!)
