10 x inverse rows
10 x slow scap pulls
2m rest

3 x 5 x high pulls
2m rests
Foam rolling in rest

3 x STC (playing with it)

4 x MU singles
1m rests

4 x  pull up from tuck to upright straddle then negative down
2m rests

4 x 2 x tuck up and down

4 x 1 x ice cream maker (on Smith machine)

Think I did a few other bits but can’t remember and need to get these logs done!
