First time trying the Primrose Hill runs again. Not as bad as I thought.

Time: 34:18
Pave: 7:20/km
Elevation: 136m
Av. HR: 158

Did the segment in 26:10, which is the same as I did in July last year, so not too bad all things considered. Still got to get 4m off for my PR though!
