Wanted to run today but foot not good… Not boding well for being able to increase the mileage, and the chance of it (95% sure it’s Morton’s Neuroma now) going without surgery. 

Went to gym instead:

5m X trainer warm up (might have to start doing this instead of running… #FML)

Nice mobility

10 x slow chest to floor push ups

10 x scapular pull ups

2 x 5 x tuck up handstands against wall

Stretching – pancake feeling pretty good now. Not sure if my feet should be up or pointed – need to investigate.
