Walking around for a few hours to get stuff for Ninja Warrior.

Stretching

1 minute sets:

  • Wrist circles
  • Elbow circles
  • Arm circles forward
  • Arm circles back 
  • Up down / open closed
  • Alternating shoulder and tricep
  • Waist side to side
  • Bending forwards / down / back
  • Leg swings forward
  • Leg raises – side
  • Leg raises back
  • Straddle side to side
  • Seated forward to touch toes and back
  • Hurdle twisting right
  • Hurdle twisting left
  • Knees open
  • Cat stretch
  • Hip raises on back
  • Hugging knees to chest, alternating
  • Lunges
  • Hip flexor – left
  • Hip flexor – right
  • Fists together backwards
  • Forearm twisted hands – 30 ES
  • Calf – left
  • Calf – right
  • Hamstring – left
  • Hamstring – right
  • Bent leg calf – left
  • Bent leg calf – right
  • 2 x Straddle rolling back and forwards (legs behind head)
  • 2 x hip flexor (bent leg behind)
