Nope, not some weird code nor an appealing collection of vowels but actually just a damn cool URL leading to the profile that GMB Fitness did on me a few weeks ago! Check it out:
I was asked if it was ok to feature me as one of the regular profiles they do on people who train with them, and of course I said yes. I had a great Skype chat with Rachel, who asked lots of questions and sat and listened whilst I rabbitted on about myself. One of the themes that kept coming up in relation to my training before I came across GMB and my training now is issue of ego – how it affects training, how getting involved with GMB helped me keep it in its box, and how that helped my development. It always surprises me that not more people talk about this issue – I know it’s something that affects almost everyone, male and female, from every type of background and sport – but it seems to be the elephant in the room when it comes to actual discussion.
