Handstanding with Luis!
4 hour handstand workshop in Brighton with the awesome Luis Sarabia. Worked on body tension – exercises to develop a solid hollow body hold, walking up and down wall, free handstands, against wall, tucking up. Need to work on moving back into my hands more and using them to adjust my balance, and not having so much pelvic tilt. All in all feeling pretty positive about my handstands now.
