- Cat stretches (alternating wrists)
- Shoulder dislocates
- Front leg swings
- Back leg swings
- Side leg swings
- Seated straddle side-to-side
- Hip flexor right
- Hip flexor left
- Arm circles
= 8 min total (+ 1m 15s transition time)
To Butter’s and back.
At work also did 2 x 1m30s SLC and BLC stretches ES
Messing around at B1
Bit of a shitty session… Had to get some photos taken for various articles that need illustrating. Got a great rings set, some rope climbing tips and had a go at the peg board, but wasn’t feeling it really.
