Primrose Hill – pulling

Straight from work to the park – warmer than it was the other day, which is good as it was too cold then.

Mobility

Warm up sets:
15 x push ups
15 x inverse rows

3 x 10 x pull ups
Getting good body position on these now. Need to increase reps a bit.

4 x 5 x baby MU

4 x 3 x pull up to tuck

3 x pull up from straddle and hold

5 x 5s holds top, middle, bottom

10 x 10s negative set
