Went to the Spa Fields bar jam but didn’t train. Went over the the Angel Fitness First for a quick session:

Gym – leg/running S&C

10 x band lateral leg raises ES

Playing on rings in between

10 x pistols (with pole assist)

Play on rings – messing with BL

3 x 10 x pistols
1m rests

3 x 15 x 16kg KB swings
1m rests

3 x :
15 x hip hike thingies (forgot name) ES (edit: Walt Reynolds)
10 x single leg bridge ES
No rest

3 x 5 x shrimp squat lower to floor and back up ES
1m rests

3 x 5 x one leg elevated lateral squats

Stretch and roll
