Has left my stuff in Balham Fitness First so got in a cheeky workout before going home.

10 x inverse rows
10 x ring push ups
5 x pull ups
5 x ring dips
1m rests

1 x STC
1m 30ish rests

1 x ring MU

1 x straddle BL hold
2 x 1 x lower into single leg
1 x straddle

3 x 3 x pull up from German hang into frog BL

Untimed rests but probably 1m30s ish. Legs are tired.
