Quite gruelling. Hard breathing and legs hurt. But yay – it was a good session.

Jog to the track and back:
Fairly light climb at Building One – body still mashed after double BYJ. Did a blue route but wasn’t in a very good technical frame of mind. Got a bit of video footage for next Ninja Warrior application.
Had steak, chips and a glass of wine for dinner. Rawk.
