Morning park session
Took Gayle over to Primrose Hill! Messed around on p-bars, did an awesome BAB, 3 x 3 x tuck swings with bent arms. Getting there. Hurt my shoulder though.
Round Nonsuch Park. Was aiming for a HM or more, but my groin/inner right hamstring’s been tight for a while and was getting worse through the latter stages so decided to call it a day on the end of the second lap – worried about causing damage. Foot and knee and body felt fine due to very sedate pace ;)
Cadence: 180 (needs to be faster and lighter)
10 min stretch at end.
Evening myofascial session
Foam and (mostly) ball rolled my shoulders, legs and hips for the duration of an ENTIRE movie (Kingsman, if you’re interested – very enjoyable). Must watch moar telly.
