Morning 10 x Primrose Hill runs

Managed to get 22s off my PB, although was trying to make top and bottom turnarounds much quicker so I’m not sure whether I actually ran it any faster. Legs tired after yesterday.

Lunchtime yoga

Hours yoga with Sarah. Lots on hips which was ace.

 

Evening climb

Went to the Castle. Nice to be outside. Shoulder still sore so took it easy.

No BAB today as forearms sore after climbing.
