Yoga

With the awesome Sarah. Who came sidling up next to me after class and said “You’re SO strong! What do you do to get like that?” It’s swings and roundabouts though as some of the stuff in today’s class was insanely tough and my strength doesn’t mean shit when you can’t move properly.

Did a bit of ball rolling in the sun in the afternoon, but otherwise busy with work.
