Arggghhh let my logs slip for the longest time evarrrrrggghhhh…

Well my shulder has been fucked since the Backyard Jam so I’ve not done any bodyweight training at all, which at least makes that bit easier.

Morning run

10km of up and over Primrose Hill (tarmac). 13 reps I think. Was raining so no grass track runs!

Distance: 19.8km
Time: 1:11:52
Avg Speed: 16.6km/h (hah!)
