Was knackered after this and spent the rest of the day eating. Not sure why I was so fatigued.

Done in the evening again, same things. Watched the video whilst I did each:

  • Supine hip rotations
  • Modified pigeon
  • Longsitting
  • Hamstrings
  • Pancake
