Totally unintended rest day – was too rainy to ride to work (like, monsoon-style pissing it down) and then I was in the office till 7pm with the gym closing at 8 (and it still raining).

Decided to focus on hip flexors in particular – foam rolled front of quads up to hips and a bit at the sides, then did the same with the lax ball, then did 3 stretches, 2 mins each side (12 mins total). Tomorrow need to get into my shoulders.
