Quick workout before teaching The Transformers class.


2 x 10 x inverse rows

4 x 6 x pull ups

In between just did loads of mobility for legs, stretched out, moved. Felt good after yesterday (feeling amazingly good actually).


Moved 10 x wheelbarrows full (to the brim) of chopped wood 200m up a grassy slope, then stacked the wood in the garage for Dad.



3 x 20 x in/out physio band sets (ES)

2 x upwards band set (ES)
