Went to True Function gym with Sam. Awesomeness! Started on quintuple steps, then did hanging things (lots of), swinging and lachez-ing from hanging things, trampette to rope, up the steps and back down (twice) and various other bits and pieces. Super good fun and no worsening of shoulder injury woohoo!
