Evening stretch and myfascial

About an hour in total (watched awesome Patagonia documentary)

About 65/35 stretches, lots of hip flexor, and rolling – mostly glutes.

ITB sore today – walked around Chester Zoo which I don’t think was very good for it. Might not be able to run on Sunday (Spartan Beast :/ )
