5 mins glide kip practice
Still can’t do it, and it makes my shoulders hurt! Will get video next time

With push up and slow negative
Just below chest height bar
1m 30s rest

3 x 5 x slow baby MU false grip
With push up and slow negative
Hip height bar
1m 30s rest

5 x 3 x negatives on parallel bars
1m30s rest

7 x 2 x explosive pull ups
30s rests

5 x 5 x wide grip pull ups
2m rests

5 mins stretch holds (in 30s and 1m increments)

Not bad, but he played jazz and spoke like a late-night radio presenter off some off-key American movie. All soothing voice and weird intonation, plus weird ego vibes. Definitely feeling like I prefer female teachers.
