Yoga

Best class! This was my last one of the 30 Days of Yoga. Went really well – felt great and like I’ve made substantial progress, despite a pretty gruelling training day already. Have got two more months (2 for 1 offer they give you after your first month – slowly reeling you in…) and taking a week off to recover then back on it. Yay!
