Felt very good – yoga paying off and feeling like I’m moving much better

10 x inverse rows
2 x 5 x assisted pistols ES
10 x scapular pull ups

3 sets:
10 x assisted shrimp squats
10 x Swiss ball pikes with roll out
Strong on both if these today
All back to back (bit of faff time)

3 x 5 x 77.5kg
2 min rests

Stretch then had to leave for lunch with the fam (yay)

I think because this is a more chilled out class, Shirley is a more agreeable teacher. Still a bit like a school teacher, but more of a calm vibe. Also got complimented on my triangle pose – schweet (yup, easily pleased me)
