Cycled to Shepherds Bush Fitness First (on the way to work)

10 x empty bar squats

5 x 5 x 47.5kg

Stretch then had to go!

Avg Max Speed: 21.3km/h (YEAHHHH)

Totally smashed it on the way home as otherwise would’ve been late for yoga.

Not a bad class. Writing this up late so can’t remember anything about it now, which probably suggests that it wasn’t that memorable ;)
