I’m not sure if this teacher was Hortense. She was French and very sweet and knowledgable. 


Yoga 2

1 hour with Sarah at Camden Fitness First. Quite nice to go back to this practise after two weeks of Fierce Grace. Definitely felt better.



Band sets to warm up

10 x inverse rows

5 x neutral grip hang, pull shoulders to bar, hang 2s

3 sets of:
7 x pull ups
2m rest
7 x chin ups
All super strict

10 x Straight arm pull downs @ 21.25kg
7 x 23.75
5 x 26.25
3 x 28.75
1 x 31.25
1m30s rests

3 x 10kg plate deltoid raises
1m30s rests

6 x 5 x BeastSkills MU progression
