10 x empty bar deadlifts
5 x 10 x 60kg working on form (also scared of 90kg as back a bit weird from all the yoga!)
Stretch then offski
6:45 pm – 8:00 pm
Gah Sam actually *does* the class with you – demonstrates at the front – rather than using words to talk you through it and going round helping/moving/prodding people. It is (as far as I can tell) the FG “way” to do the latter, which I appreciate as it leaves you free to focus on your practise and not watch, so very annoying to have to stop and watch. Wondering whether to complain but don’t want to be some whiny new girl :S
Anyhow, I am definitely more flexible in the evening!
