Cycled down then quick mobility and band set

3 x 10 burpees, 30s rests

10 x inverse rows

10 x scapular pull ups

5 x bodyweight pull ups

3 x 5kg pull ups

2 x 5 x 7.5kg pull ups

Checked weight as it felt too easy and realised I’m on 8.25k now, but amazingly managed to do:

5 x 5 x 8.25kg
2 min rests

Straight into yoga

 

Yoga 1

1 hour with Sarah at FF Camden. Arms tired!

 

Yoga 2

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
