Training logs
In this section you can read my training logs from when I first started keeping them, back in June 2012. The reason I have decided to share them here is that seeing how other people train – frequency, intensity, types of sets, splits between days etc. – really helped me (and still does) develop my own training program. You can see why I think it’s such a valuable thing to do in this post.
How the hell did you pst this in the future????
You post it as normal, then go into the post (edit it) and change the date. Quite handy as it means it stays at the top.
