3 sets of trying to lift knee off (not sure on reps)
1 set of bent to straight arm presses
Incl. FF pancake stretch in rest periods
Yoga 1 (did a double)
5:30 pm – 6:45 pm
Substitute teacher. Not bad but nothing special (not as experienced as some of the others)
7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Holy shit this was horrific. The class was rammed and I was stuck between two guys, one was cute and distracting, the other smelt bad. And is was WAY too hot. Dizzyingly distractingly so. Going to avoid it if I can. Don’t get why some teachers seem to revel in making people suffer – you can tell by the vibe and unhappy faces that they’re not loving it. Ugh. Not good.
