5 x chin ups

Neck movements

Single leg Crow
4 x attempts ES
Nearly got it again, but shaky as hell

In between crow:

6 x 4/2/4 leg extensions (quads) @ 20kg
9 x 4/2/4 hamstring curls @ 30kg
9 x 4/2/4 thigh adductor @ 45kg

8 x 4/2/4 abductors on cable machine @ 6.25kg ES

8 x single slow ring MU
1m rests

5 x HLR + 5 x short hanging L-sit

8 x 4/2/4 back extensions

4 x 4/2/4 dips

4 x 4/2/4 x pull ups

8 x 4/2/4 bicep curls @ 6kg ES

6 x torso twists ES @ no. 7 on the Technogym cable machine

Stretch and had to head down to the flat for more DIY
