20 x x 4 x Shoulder warm-up with stick

10 x 4 x Floor hip circles (ES, ED)

20 x pulses + 60s hold x Frogger stretch

20 x  Squat warm-up (was doing this wrong)

20 x Squat hip opener
ES and both

10 x  Toe stretch

60s each of:

  • A-Frame stretch
  • Lunge
  • Monkey twist
  • Cobra
  • Forward fold
  • L-Arm
  • Lounge chair

Yoga

5:45 pm – 7:00 pm
Deep Core
