Pushing at Mum and Dad’s

5 x 1min warm up

3 x 15 push ups
60s rest allowance

3 x 4 x slow tuck swings on chairs
90s rests

5 x elbow levers
60s rests

3 x single leg crow ES

5 x 10s FBT planche with assist from chair

4 x 7 x dolphin pushups
90s (variable as was making crumble)

4 x 5 x HSPU with feet on table
90s (variable as was making crumble)

Handstanding for a while. Just trying to push hard still. Probably need to move onto some timed holds.
